Finding the right tenant
Referencing covers affordability, employment, previous landlords and right to rent. We would rather leave a property empty another week than place a tenant who cannot sustain the rent.
Compliance, kept current
- Gas safety certificate, EICR and EPC in place and in date.

Reported issues are triaged, quoted and dealt with by trades we use regularly. You are consulted on anything above your agreed limit, and repairs are documented.
