Make a payment
Rent and fees are paid by bank transfer or standing order to the account we confirm with you in writing.
How to pay
Most tenants pay by standing order on the date set out in the tenancy agreement. If you need our account details, or you need to change the date or amount of a standing order, contact us on 07800 591649 or email Lettings@house-of-properties.co.uk and we will confirm everything with you directly.
Always use the reference we give you
Quote the reference we provide so your payment is matched to the right property straight away. Without it, a payment can take longer to appear on your account.
Protect yourself from payment fraud
- We will never ask you to send money to a new account by email alone
- If you receive a message about changed bank details, call us on a number you already have before paying
- Send a small test payment first if you are ever unsure
- Never share full card details or passwords by email or message
