Report a maintenance issue
Something not working as it should? Tell us what's happened and we'll get it moving. The more detail you give us, the quicker we can arrange the right repair.
What to include
- Your name, address and the best number to reach you on
- Which room or part of the property is affected
- When you first noticed the problem
- Photos or videos if you have them — email them to us
- Any times you cannot be at home for a visit
Emergencies
If there is a risk to safety — a gas leak, a burst pipe, no heating in cold weather, an electrical fault or a break-in — call us straight away on 07800 591649 rather than using the form. For a suspected gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.
What happens next
We confirm we've received your report, contact your landlord where needed and arrange a contractor. You can also email us at Lettings@house-of-properties.co.uk at any time.
