Our commitment
House of Properties does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.
Our people and suppliers
We verify the right to work of everyone we employ and pay at or above statutory minimum rates. We expect the contractors and suppliers we instruct to meet the same standards, and we will stop using any supplier who does not.
Awareness
Our team is alert to the signs of exploitation that can arise in property, including overcrowding and unlawful subletting, and will report concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting a concern
If you have a concern relating to our business or a property we manage, contact us directly and it will be taken seriously and treated confidentially.
